This service is basically a flexible block of our time that you can use for whatever issue is bugging you. We can research subjects on your behalf, provide consulting, help you understand French paperwork, make necessary phone calls, help you fill out forms… whatever comes up that throws you off.

Examples include: helping you set up Internet service, going to the bank with you to translate, making medical appointments, drafting correspondence in French, researching insurance policies, accompanying you to buy household appliances, etc.

We are knowledgeable about many aspects of French administration:

• Residency (Titre de Séjour, FR nationality)
• Health coverage (PUMa/Carte Vitale)
• Driver’s license exchange
• Vehicle import/purchase/registration
• Micro-Entreprise setup (Standard service only)

A two-hour block of Lifeline Support costs €150 tax incl. and six hours cost €390, not including transportation costs.

Initial price options:

• 2 hours : 125€
• 6 hours : 325€

Additional Notes

Lifeline Support packages include all virtual assistance but exclude travelling time and related displacement expenses (0,75/km if we need to leave the office).

You have 12 months to use your Lifeline Support, so don’t worry if we solve your issue faster than you thought and you have leftover time! Something else is bound to pop up, and you’ll be glad to have our support.
